Introduction

Hi, my name is Nicky, and this is why I decided to become a Nutritionist, lifestyle and health coach.

I have been a yoyo dieter most of my life and my weight has fluctuated between 9 stone 2 in my 20s' to 16 stone 2 after I had my second child in 2012.

I have now managed to maintain my weight loss for 2 years and emotionally free from the yo-yo dieting circle.

I have tried all the diets, pills and shakes and discovered the word “diet” is a very powerful word that can bring all sorts of negative thoughts and emotions, especially if you have an unhealthy relationship with food and have previously restricted food/ food groups to lose weight quickly.

The Toogood Nutrition Support Systems Program.

How the Program will work.

I work with clients on a 1-1 basis, devise a flexible eating plan, which incorporates all the foods you like, introducing new foods and exciting flavours while losing weight. We will set realistic goals which will lead to a permanent change in the way you eat and view food.

No food is banned, and I will help you remove the guilt when eating lovely tasty food.

We will establish the root cause behind the relationship you have with food.

 

I will teach you how to design your own meal plans, removing restrictions and letting you enjoy the foods you like. This won’t feel like a diet, and will be a lifestyle change, that will stop you yoyo dieting through education. We will talk about habits, behaviours, and lifestyle changes.

I will review your current activity levels, suggest different ways to become more active and suggest quick and easy ways to cook and prepare your food.

Its a calorie controlled plan, and an individual daily calorie allowance will be allocated to you. 

Access to Lifestyle coaching programs are also available.

All this will be managed on the Toogood Nutrition Support Systems App.

The app is a central place where all your personal data will be held. 

 

There is a wide range of coaching programs for you to work through depending on your individual requirements. 

It  contains training material, including, body weight exercises, bands workout and a weighted workout. 

The coaching programs include sleep, stress, water consumption, snacking habits and many more. There is a daily accountability program, that needs to be completed daily, which is sent directly to me so I can see if there are area you are struggling with. This will help you stay on track.

There is also a mindfulness and meditation program which has been very successful. 

You will become a member of the Private Members only Facebook group.

A monthly recipe pack will be posted at the beginning of the month, which include calorie breakdown of the meal, macros (fats, carbs and protein) and a My Fitness Pal barcode so you can log the meals easily in the calorie counting app (just scan the barcode and the meal populates directly into the app).

Everything is bespoke and individual to your own personal needs and requirements. 

Educational and Nutritional information plus knowledge drops will be posted to the members only group on a weekly basis.

 

You will also be invited to a private 1-1 Facebook group that you and I will be part of.

I am able to coach you 1-1 face to face coaching (depending on availability), or online coaching (weekly check in online)

I am able to coach you on a 1-1 basis, online or face to face (limited availability) which includes a weekly accountability check in and all the information above. 

Charging Structure

The cost is £30 per month, minimum subscription of 3 months, after that you can stay as long as you like as long as the £30 per month is paid.
